TMS SEASON OPENER APRIL 30
Thunder Mountain Speedway’s 30th Anniversary season opens this Saturday, April 30 with a full program and fireworks display. The Dirt Track Digest TV Open Modifieds will headline along with the DIRTCar Sportsman, Wheeler Excavation Street Stock, Crate vs Open, B Walt’s Car Care 600cc Modifieds, Pops Automotive Factory Stock, and Jr. Slingshots.
Dirt Track Digest TV Open Modifieds will battle for the annual opening night $1,992, our year of inception! Saturday also starts our Thunder Throwdown! Three races and $10K on the line!
The DIRTCar 358 Modifieds are off for the Fulton DIRTCar series race however, we welcome any 358’s who would like to hit the mountain for some extra practice time and a 15 lap $500 Cash Dash courtesy of Turn One Tavern and Dirt Track Digest TV.
Street Stock title sponsor Wheeler’s Excavation is putting up an additional $400 for Saturday’s opener making for a $1,000 payday for the top spot!
We will also be doing a helmet drive for five year old Kendyl White who is in the hospital after an extensive open heart surgery. Keep sending prayers her way.
