Jan Corcoran Memorial Presented by Dot Foods this Weekend

CENTER LISLE, NY – It’s officially go time!
The 2025 racing season kicks off in high gear this Friday and Saturday, April 18-19, with the Jan Corcoran Memorial presented by Dot Foods at Thunder Mountain Speedway.
Saturday’s spotlight shines on a pair of thrilling 32-lap features for the Modifieds and DIRTcar Sportsman, with each winner pocketing a cool $3,200. The action gets started Friday night with optional timed warm-up sessions, where drivers have a shot at strategic starting positions: the fastest in the first round of hot laps will earn sixth on the grid, while top times in the second session grab the fourth starting spot.
But that’s not all—Friday night also features a full slate of heats and features for the 600cc Modifieds, 600cc Sprints, and Factory Stocks, making it a can’t-miss night for race fans.
Then on Saturday afternoon, the Modifieds and DIRTcar Sportsman return to battle, joined once again by the 600cc Modifieds and, making their season debut, the IMCA Modifieds—a division set to run semi-weekly at The Mountain throughout the 2025 campaign.
Get ready—because the season is about to fire on all cylinders at Thunder Mountain Speedway!
