Monster Bash on the Mountain Returning in 2025

CENTER LISLE, NY – With the success of the inaugural Monster Bash on the Mountain co-promoters Mike Mallett and the Spoonhower family have inked the 2025 version for October 31st and November 1st at Center Lisle’s NY’s Thunder Mountain Speedway.

The 2024 version of the Monster Bash on the Mountain featured the highest car count in the Northeast for that weekend in the Stafursky Paving Modifieds and the Speedsport1 Sportsman divisions. Over 200 cars participated, and more than $40,000 was paid out in cash and contingencies in fast-paced and quickly run events over the two days.

Danny Creedan claimed $4,000 to win in the $350 to start 40 Lap Stafursky Modified feature. The $2,000 to win $200 to start 30 lap Speedsport1 Sportsman feature was won by Jordan Millard. The Eagle Ridge Construction 600cc Modifieds, the $1,500 to win 40-lap feature on Saturday went to Tyler Talada. In the twin 20-lap features for the vintage cars, wins went to Jack Miller in Modifieds, with Jipp Ortiz winning Sportsman. Mystique Feature was won by Dan Karl, with Jimmy Fugel winning the Antique.

Qualifying races on Saturday were featured on the SpeedSport1 streaming platform, with the weekend covered via Dirt Track Digest TV pay per view.

Friday action saw Jerry Lobdell Jr. lead wire to wire in the $1,000-win 25-lap Graydon Excavating Factory Stock feature. Ali Scutt claimed the 600cc Modifieds.  Johnny Smith was the winner of the 20-lap 600cc Sprint feature, with Collin Mills claiming the 20-lap Four Cylinder contest.
