358 Modified and Sportsman Modified divisions will be DIRTcar sanctioned in 2020 CENTER LISLE, NY – Nov. 22, 2019 – Thunder Mountain Speedway has officially joined the elite ranks of DIRTcar-sanctioned racetracks in the Northeast for 2020.
